They could not get the stain out, which is okay.  But at least the receptionist could have said they didn’t get it out. She told me that they put a different color tag if they couldn’t get the stain out. I believed her thinking the stain was out. Came home a checked and the stain was still there. They do not pay attention to your order or care. At least the person who is receiving the items.  3 day turn around time for this lousy job. There are better options out there than this place. Update: took it to clean n press. They got the stain out fully and had a 24 hour turn around time. Clearly this place did not even try to remove it. I brought my leather jacket to repair a tear in the lining. We were cheerfully greeted. My friend takes her minks for repair, cleaning and storage. I was told that I would receive a call with the cost to the repair which happened. I was presently surprised by the reasonableness of the price to fix the lining issue and approved them to repair it.
