They could not get the stain out, which is okay. But at least the receptionist could have said they didn’t get it out. She told me that they put a different color tag if they couldn’t get the stain out. I believed her thinking the stain was out. Came home a checked and the stain was still there. They do not pay attention to your order or care. At least the person who is receiving the items. 3 day turn around time for this lousy job. There are better options out there than this place.
Update: took it to clean n press. They got the stain out fully and had a 24 hour turn around time. Clearly this place did not even try to remove it. The cleaner there said this is a simple stain to take out. Idk why they couldn’t have gotten it out.
