Route Driver

Job Brief

We are looking for full/part-time professional Route Drivers. It's our job to provide excellent customer service and meet the expectations of all our customers. We pride ourselves on our friendly work environment and are looking for someone to join our talented team.

Responsibilities

  • Follow a driver manifest and deliver clothes accurately and promptly

  • Follow all safety protocols when operating company vehicles.

  • Attract customers by promoting our wide variety of services and answering questions.

  • Resolve customer concerns and answer questions to your best ability, refer to a manager if needed.

  • Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Provide excellent customer service; prompt, courteous, and friendly

  • Strong communication with team members

  • Detail oriented

  • Ability to learn about the services we provide

  • Able to lift 50lbs

  • Able to lift above your head

  • Able to sit for long periods

  • Current Valid driver's license

  • Experienced driver with a clean driving record

  • Able to handle hot and cold temperatures

Customer Service Representative

Job Brief

We are looking for passionate and professional customer service representatives. It's our goal to provide excellent customer service and meet the expectations of all our customers. We pride ourselves on our friendly work environment and are looking for caring professionals to carry out our customer service objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly and promptly.

  • Cash-out customer orders accurately while maintaining a friendly and positive attitude.

  • Take in customer orders while listening to any concerns, issues, or questions they might have. 

  • Help customers determine the type of services they need.

  • Detail customer orders and accurately tag and bag items.

  • Rack and put away completed customer orders accurately.

  • Attract customers by promoting our wide variety of services and answering questions.

  • Resolve customer concerns and answer questions to your best ability, refer to a manager if needed.

  • Conduct inventory and contact customers regarding aged inventory.

  • Answer phone calls and assist customers to the best of your ability.

  • Maintain a clean and organized workstation.

  • Work with team members to improve systems and problem solve issues.
